Where do I find the transaction data?

In Rabby, open the signing popup and click the data tab. In MetaMask, click the transaction details dropdown on the confirmation screen. On most dapps you can also find it on the block explorer by looking up the contract you are interacting with. Copy the full hex starting with 0x.
